Introduction
My name is Aimen Faheem, born on April 2, 1995, in Peshawar, Pakistan. As I turned 29 this year, I’ve found myself reflecting on where my life is headed. At times, I feel like an over-thinker, wondering if I’ve truly made the most of my life. But when I look back at my achievements, I realize I shouldn’t be so hard on myself.
Early Life
Growing up as the middle child of five siblings—two older sisters and two younger brothers—I was a sensitive yet adventurous kid. Unlike most girls my age, I didn’t enjoy playing with dolls. Instead, I found joy in sports, especially cricket, which I often played with my brother. We also raced, and I often won. Those carefree childhood days were filled with exploration, and whenever someone asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, my answer would always be something adventurous: a mountaineer, a pilot, or anything that would let me explore the world.
